These pages explain our normal working process. A signed quotation, pro forma invoice, specification and sales contract may set different terms and will control the order.
1. Operator and acceptance
This website is operated by Hubei Yunjing Tea Industry Co., Ltd. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.
2. B2B information only
The website is intended for importers, wholesalers, distributors, repackers, food manufacturers and other business buyers. Product descriptions, grade codes, photographs, loading ranges, availability, lead times and documents are general procurement information. They are not a binding offer, warranty or final specification.
3. Product and quotation control
A tea grade code does not make every lot identical. The buyer should approve the actual or representative sample, written specification, packing, test scope, destination requirements and lot-control method. No order is accepted until the parties agree the relevant quotation or pro forma invoice, payment requirement and sales contract.
4. Accuracy and changes
We work to keep information accurate, but crops, lots, market rules, transport schedules and costs change. We may correct or update website content without notice. Buyers remain responsible for verifying the current destination rules and the final commercial documents.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise credited, the website design, company photographs, video, logo, text and original product materials belong to Yunjing Tea or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, scraped, misrepresented or used to impersonate our company without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attack the site, bypass security, submit false identities, upload malware, send spam, harvest contact data, interfere with other users or use our content for fraud, unlawful trade or misleading product claims.
7. Links and communication tools
Email, telephone, WeChat and QQ links are provided for convenience. Third-party applications and external websites are governed by their own terms and availability. Opening a communication tool does not create a contract.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from general website information, third-party service outages, or indirect losses arising from website use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Law and disputes
These website-use terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without overriding mandatory rights that apply by law. Website disputes should first be discussed in good faith. Sales disputes follow the governing-law and dispute clause in the signed sales contract.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to lzfur@foxmail.com.
