No. Codes such as Chunmee 41022 or Gunpowder 9375 are useful trade references, but origin, season, sorting and processing can change the result. The buyer-approved sample and signed specification control the shipment. See our grade guide.

Yes, as a comparison exercise. Send a sealed reference sample or clear dry-leaf, liquor and infused-leaf photos, brewing method, current grade, target price and annual volume. We then shortlist available products and send samples for approval.

For commercial Chunmee, Gunpowder and commodity green tea, the normal MOQ is one mixed full container. Several approved products may share that container after packing dimensions and legal loading are checked.

Yes. A mixed-container plan can combine approved Chunmee, Gunpowder and commercial green tea products. The final mix depends on minimum practical quantity per lot, package size, available stock and container payload. See container loading.

Yes. The tea sample is free. Choose 1 kg or 2.5 kg for each requested product. We set no fixed limit on the number of product samples, subject to current-lot availability and a practical dispatch plan. The buyer pays international freight, import charges and customs costs. Samples normally ship by air or by another buyer-specified method agreed before dispatch. See our Samples, Inspection & Claims policy.

The 10 kg minimum applies to selected , subject to the actual seasonal lot. It does not apply to low-price commercial container grades. Read the .

No. We currently focus on bulk loose green tea and do not position ourselves as a consumer tea-bag or small retail-pouch co-packer. This keeps the quotation aligned with our real production and packing capability.

Typical planning formats include 20 kg cartons, 25 kg bags or cartons, and 30–50 kg bulk sacks with food-grade inner liners. Final material, dimensions and closure must be confirmed for the tea, route and buyer warehouse. See bulk custom packing.

Buyer marks, product name, grade, net weight, batch information, origin and handling marks can be discussed for outer cartons or sacks. Artwork, legal label content, print method, colour, packaging MOQ, proof approval and cost must be confirmed before production.

Testing can be arranged when the destination, required standard, pesticide scope, laboratory, sampling method, acceptance limit, timing and cost are agreed before contracting. We do not assume one test panel fits every country.

A mutually agreed third-party inspection or sampling plan can be discussed before the order. The inspector, scope, timing, access, cost and acceptance rules must be written into the contract.

The normal document set may include commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or rail waybill. Certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, phytosanitary or health documents and residue reports are arranged when required and agreed. Issuing authority and cost vary by destination.

Our normal product planning uses a 24-month shelf life in sealed bulk packing, subject to the exact product and contract. Store tea in a cool, dry, clean and odour-free place, protected from light, moisture, heat and strong-smelling goods.

Bulk green tea prices move with harvest period, actual lot, grade, cup, residue requirement, order volume, packing, freight market and Incoterm. Send the destination, product target, annual volume and packing for a comparable quotation.

EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF may be quoted after the product, packing, loading point, destination port and shipment plan are known. Each quotation states exactly which costs are included.

Sea freight is the normal choice for overseas container orders. Rail freight can be considered for suitable Central Asian or European routes. Small spring-tea lots may use courier or air freight when speed and freshness justify the cost.

Planning ranges are about 7–11 MT for 20GP, 16–22 MT for 40GP and 18–24 MT for 40HQ. Small cartons, low-density tea and pallets reduce payload. These are planning ranges, not guaranteed weights; calculate the final load from the actual pack and route.

Lead time is confirmed for each quotation because it depends on available lot, sorting or production, custom packaging, testing, documents, vessel or railway schedule and destination. Seasonal spring tea availability can change quickly.

Payment terms are agreed in the formal quotation and sales contract according to order value, market, bank route and commercial history. Do not rely on an informal message; beneficiary details and milestones must match the signed contract.
